Return & Refund Policy
At Getmodernclothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy designed to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please follow these simple steps:
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Getmodernclothing@gmail.com or call us at +47 90 90 80 51 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Shipping: If you have made a wrong order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure the items are securely packaged for the return journey.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the returned items have been received and inspected. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the return is processed correctly, a full refund for the cost of the item(s) will be issued.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Getmodernclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a return and provide you with a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by 5:00 PM on the same business day the order was placed. After this time, we may not be able to cancel the order, as it may have already been processed for shipment.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
